Revealed! Here’s What Led to the Wizkid Davido Fight at the One Africa Music Festival in Dubai (Photos)

It is no longer news that the entourage of Nigerian music stars Wizkid and Davido clashed violently in Dubai at the One Africa Music Festival, the question however remains what really happened and how did things get o that point.

As details of the fracas that went down last night at the One Africa Music Festival in Dubai continues to trickle in, Davido has just tweeted now promising to defend fellow pop star, Tekno.
Eyewitness narrates what led to the reported

Shedding more light on this tweet, an eye witness who was reportedly present backstage at the event sent a mail to LIB narrating what happened.

According to him, ‘I was backstage last night in Dubai when Tekno extended his hands to shake Sunday Are, and Sunday Are punched Tekno’s phone saying he doesn’t have respect probably because he thinks he has done him a favour by allowing Wizkid jump on a song with him. Tekno and his goons wanted to attack Sunday Are but Ubi Franklin calmed everything’.

Narrating furrther he said, ‘then Davido and his men came in and heard what happened, that was where the tension started from adding to the fact that they were all fighting to perform before the given time for the hall which was 3am, Wizkid was slapped, small god, Wizkid’s right hand man was the man attacked by Davido’s Lati in the video circulating online. While Davido was performing, Davido’s fans outside started shouting Profanities at Wizkid, saying Frog Voice Dey kill show pass you, get Hit songs pass you. Wizkid and his people had to be protected out of the venue. Reason for Davido’s tweet’ above.

Biafra: Respect your old age – BNYL warns Lai Mohammed over comments on IPOB

Biafra Nations Youth League, BNYL, has cautioned Minister of information, Lai Mohammed, over his comments that IPOB is dead. The group warned that such declaration could lead to provocation in the South East and South South regions. Mohammed had told newsmen that “the large turnout witnessed during the election has sounded the death knell on IPOB. “I think what that proved really is that IPOB does not represent the good people of Anambra or any state in the South East. “If truly they represented the people, the IPOB propaganda about the election really showed that they are not on ground.” Reacting, BNYL Leader, Princewill Obuka, said “That old man does not know how determined the Biafrans are. He saw what happened during military raid.” “Such resistance should have told them that Biafrans, if armed, would really consume Nigeria like Kanu was saying. “He should respect his old age and turn attention to Boko Haram and Shiites”. However, the group added that its ongoing ...
