Popular footballer, Osaze Odemwingie has tendered a public apology to Kanu Nwankwo’s family after calling out his wife, Amara Kanu. Osaze had had an outburst on social when he called out Kanu Nwankwo’s wife for disturbing him with chats which he found disturbing. According to Odemwingie, he misread meanings to the messages of wanting to talk to him. In a lengthy post, the retired Nigerian footballer appealed to the Nwankwo’s family while sharing the two snapshots below. “Picture two shows where my relationship with my Big bro @kingkanu4 was just few months ago. I was misunderstood, acted out of anger or reading too much into the greetings. I am on same page with Gods people who think the type of liberty they talking about is not good for the world. We can do things innocently and wear cloths with signs and symbols we don’t understand but indirectly representing them. PRESS BROUGHT A DIFFERENT NARRATIVE INTO THE MATTER BUT MAYBE DOWN TO LACK OF CLARITY OF WHAT UPSET ME. I ME...

Aaron Ramsey eyes premier league return

Uncomfortable in possession, suffering physicality problems and costing £750k a match... Aaron Ramsey is proving to be Juventus's WORST signing in five years, and a Premier League return beckons. He may have time to turn it around, but Aaron Ramsey is currently proving to be Juventus' biggest transfer mistake over the past five years.  His statistics are unforgiving, he has never managed to find any consistency in Turin and his last top-class performance came when he was wearing an Arsenal shirt.  And when you calculate how much Ramsey is costing the Italian champions per game, the figure reaches an astonishing £750,000 per match.

Manchester United are preparing to resume their FA Cup adventure. United trained on Wednesday as   Jose Mourinho   prepares his side to to face Huddersfield on Saturday evening. Marcus Rashford   provided an injury boost yesterday when he uploaded a picture to social media of him stretching after missing the Premier League defeat to Newcastle at the weekend. January signing   Alexis Sanchez   will also be looking to continue his joyous run in the   FA Cup.   The Chilean has been directly involved in 15 goals in 15 appearances and will be looking to add to his tally on Saturday. What if Zidane was right all along?

Time for Zidane to choose a third way? "Real Madrid's players needed a match like that" As criticism has rained down on Real Madrid from all sides, Zinedine Zidane has elected to defend his players for months; perhaps Sunday's 7-1 victory against Deportivo La Coruna has proven the French coach right all along. With Barcelona so far ahead in LaLiga it's obvious that defending their domestic crown is an impossible task for the Madrid club, however the victory against the Galicians has proven just what the team is capable of when most of their big players are available. Gareth Bale has missed much of the campaign, since Christmas he has been able to build his fitness gradually and now is capable of playing successive matches; his brace on Sunday highlighted just what he can do when healthy and confidence. Zidane has been criticised from his approach to the transfer market, all January long he has repeated his belief that the club don't need to sign ...

Barca’s Dembele Suffers New Injury Setback, Out For Four Weeks

Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele has been ruled out for “three to four weeks” in a new blow for the French forward, his club announced on Monday. Dembele hurt himself after coming off the bench in the second half of Sunday’s 4-2 win away to Real Sociedad in La Liga. The injury is different to the hamstring tear that ruled him out for three and half months. “After the game against Real Sociedad, Dembele had a problem with his left thigh and tests have confirmed that the player has suffered a hamstring injury of the semitendinosus muscle that does not affect the area operated on earlier in the season,” Barcelona said in a statement published on their website. “The injury will mean he will be out for a period of around three to four weeks.” He now faces a race against time to be ready for the first leg of Barca’s Champions League tie against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on February 20. Dembele only returned at the start of this month after tearing his hamstring in September. The...

Update! Real Madrid Boss Zidane Faces SACK After Defeat Against Villarreal In La Liga

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has been left fighting for his job in the second half of the LaLiga season, after his team were shocked 1-0 at home by Villarreal on Saturday. If their rivals and table toppers Barcelona beat Real Sociedad on Sunday, they could open a 19-point gap, although Zidane’s men have one outstanding game. There is also no guarantee that the champions will finish in the top four either as things stand, given Villarreal are now just one point behind them in fifth. Zidane’s side have now failed to beat Valencia, Levante, Betis, Tottenham, Fuenlabrada, Barcelona and Numancia at home this campaign. Despite winning back-to-back Champions League trophies and a first league title since 2012, Zidane could still be sacked by the notoriously impatient president, Florentino Perez. Already, names like Carlo Ancelotti and Jose Mourinho, have been linked with a return to the Santiago Bernabeu. Zidane will be looking to put Real’s campaign back on track this...

'Pep's made us aware of poor record'-kyle walker

Kyle Walker has revealed Pep Guardiola has told his players about Manchester City’s poor record at Liverpool in the Premier League. City have lost 14 of their 20 meetings at Anfield with their only victory coming in May 2003 - when Walker was just 13 years old. But City head to Liverpool this season unbeaten, 15 points clear at the top and having already defeated Liverpool 5-0 at the Etihad Stadium in September. Speaking to Andy Hinchcliffe on Sky Sports Matchzone, Walker, when asked whether Guardiola had made the players aware of their woeful record at Anfield, said: "Yes, yes. The gaffer's made us well aware of that [record]. "He has said to us that sometimes, if you've not been winning there for all these years it needs to be something that is coming from within us and we need to change that." With City favourites to win the Premier League and going strong in the three cup competitions, Walker will be hoping to carry any success into this summer w...
