A thief was nabbed in Masindi town Uganda after a witch doctor sent bees to smoke him out. The unidentified man was stung by the insects which perched on is head and chest and forced him to confess. He marched on the streets in pain as he returned the stolen items to its owner. The proverbial 40 days of thief became reality to a man who stole music systems in the town of Masindi when a swarm of bees attacked him at his hideout. The unidentified man was forced to return the stolen woofer after the bees attacked him with stings and making a home on his head, neck and almost half of his body. Carrying the woofer in one hand and trying in vain with the other to chase the insects, the man marched in the streets without a shirt as he returned the stolen items to the owner in the little Ugandan town. “A guy stole woofers in Masindi town and these bees were sent to arrest him. Someone direct me to the Musawo please,” Facebook user Basudde Sam posted on his page.

Policemen saddled with the responsibility of impounding banned motorcycles in Calabar, Cross River State capital, on Friday embarked on free for all in front of the Governor’s office. DAILY POST reports that the men fought over who should take custody of some motorcycles impounded and brought to the former office of Emergency Response Center (ERC), located directly opposite the governor’s office. Two vehicles loaded with the impounded motorcycles arrived the ERC and stopped opposite the first gate of the governor’s office and after a lot of argument among the policemen, some of whom were hooded; they eventually drove into the ERC premises where the argument developed into a fisticuffs. Though, no dead was recorded, some however sustained injuries. It would be recalled that since former governor, Liyel Imoke stopped operations of motorcycle within Calabar metropolis, policemen from different stations have been going after the operators, pursuing them even to remote areas wher...

A Twitter user identified simply as Dinma (@didi_promcy) has taken to the social networking platform and narrated the story of he friend was caught by her uncle after she left her University in Ibadan to see her boyfriend in Lagos state. Dinma said further that her friend left school to visit her boyfriend in Lagos but she ran into her uncle who works in the state, after she and her boyfriend ordered an Uber at night to take them to the club, and was shocked to discover that her uncle was the Uber driver. According to Dinma, her friend and boyfriend could not change their destination and her uncle found out they were heading to the club, adding that the man reported her friend to her parents after he dropped them at their destination.
