“I Want To Help Their Careers”- Blaqbonez Brags About Collaboration With Wizkid, Burna Boy & Davido

Nigerian rapper, Emeka Akumefule popularly known as  Blaqbonez  has made a very shocking revelation about his proposed collaboration with Wizkid, Burna Boy and Davido. Blaqbonez , asides from being the “Greatest rapper in Africa”  is known for his bold controversial statements online. He recently weighed in on the ongoing beef between his boss, MI Abaga and Vector stating that the real genesis of the beef was from Vector’s side and this caused a huge stir on the internet .  Blaqbonez  however, has made another statement that is likely to put him in a bad position with fans. Davido swept three awards in eight nominations at 2017 Soundcity MVP Awards on Friday. The ‘OBO’ crooner was the big winner of the night as he scooped three awards: African Artist of the Year, Song and Video of the Year. The awards hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu was held at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos. Wizkid calls out South African airline on social media over missing belongings

          Popular Nigerian music artist Ayodeji Balogun has taken to his social media handle to call out South African airline operators over missing belongings. Wizkid in his post disclosed that when South African Airways (SAA) gave him back his luggage, he discovered that they were all empty. The singer took to his Snapchat handle immediately it happened on Saturday, December 2, to share the news with his fans. His post reads: “SAA brought back my bags with all my belongings gone! Wow! South African Airways. Someone must be loving life right now.” It was earlier reported that Wizkid’s manager for many years, Sunday Are, in a recent interview opened up on what happened between him and Tekno during the One Africa Music Festival that took place in Dubai. #AFRIMA 2017: Wizkid outshines Davido, Tekno and Runtown

Star Boy, Wizkid, was the biggest winner at the All Africa Music Awards held on Sunday night at the Eko Convention Centre, Lagos. The pop star took home three major awards: Best West African Artiste award, The Song of the Year and the Artiste of the year, trumping the likes of Davido, Runtown, Tekno and others. Wizkid’s win came shortly after Davido edged him out at the 2017 MTV EMA by winning the “Best African Act”. Wizkid’s big win has once again energised his head to head race for supremacy with Davido. In his acceptance speech, the daddy yo crooner thanked music legend 2baba and DJ Jimmy Jatt for their great contributions to the African music landscape. As expected, Wizkid arrived late and his entry sent the sold-out crowd into frenzy. While some jostled to take a selfie with him, others stood up to catch a glimpse of him. His bouncers had a hard time trying to prevent the crowd from mobbing him. This time, he did not rain down Naira bills on his fans.
