Odemwingie apologises after holler Kanu Nwankwo’s wife

Popular footballer, Osaze Odemwingie has tendered a public apology to Kanu Nwankwo’s family after calling out his wife, Amara Kanu.


Osaze had had an outburst on social when he called out Kanu Nwankwo’s wife for disturbing him with chats which he found disturbing.

According to Odemwingie, he misread meanings to the messages of wanting to talk to him.

In a lengthy post, the retired Nigerian footballer appealed to the Nwankwo’s family while sharing the two snapshots below.

“Picture two shows where my relationship with my Big bro @kingkanu4 was just few months ago. I was misunderstood, acted out of anger or reading too much into the greetings.

I am on same page with Gods people who think the type of liberty they talking about is not good for the world. We can do things innocently and wear cloths with signs and symbols we don’t understand but indirectly representing them.

PRESS BROUGHT A DIFFERENT NARRATIVE INTO THE MATTER BUT MAYBE DOWN TO LACK OF CLARITY OF WHAT UPSET ME.

I MET @amarakanu once at Watford stadium during the charity match for Kanu heart foundation and she seemed to be a lovely and humble person.

APOLOGIES AGAIN FOR ANY OFFENCE. HAD NOTHING TO DO with THE KANU FAMILY BUT RATHER THE INFLUENCE OF AMERICAN CULTURE ON OUR YOUTHS ( and possibly even some of our politicians who will go to any lengths to live the American dream Mark 8:36).

Epic tho.. davido shades Caroline danjuma in new track #FIA

On his new single titled “Fia,” Davido subliminally shaded actress and girlfriend of late Tagbo, Caroline Danjuma. The two celebrities had a face-off that led them to the police for resolution. The issue emanated from the Caroline Danjuma’s Instagram post, accusing Davido of being involved in Tagbo’s death. The issue seem to have been resolved by the Nigerian police, with Davido vindicated and Caroline Danjuma embracing peace. But as expected, Davido addressed the issue on his latest single, Fia. Real Reason Why This Statue Of Fela Kuti In Lagos Is Headless
